DICOM Studio Support

Get help with local imports, viewing tools, subscriptions, and purchase restoration.

Before requesting help

  1. Confirm the selected folder or ZIP contains DICOM files.
  2. Keep the app open while a large study imports.
  3. For purchase access, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases.
  4. Confirm the iPhone is using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Subscription management

Apple processes payments and refunds. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in Apple subscription settings. For billing or refund requests, use Report a Problem.

DICOM Studio is for education, organization, and non-diagnostic image review. It is not emergency support, medical advice, or a diagnostic service.
