These Terms of Use govern your use of Kinetiq. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use Of Kinetiq

Kinetiq provides reaction, attention, memory, and visual coordination training games. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to interfere with or abuse the app, its services, or purchase systems.

Subscriptions

Kinetiq may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access. Subscription pricing, billing period, free trial availability, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the subscription renews as a paid subscription after the trial unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Kinetiq cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

Health And Safety

Kinetiq is not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop using the app if you feel discomfort, eye strain, dizziness, or pain.
