Subscription Help
If you purchased Kinetiq Pro through the App Store, you can manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. Use "Restore" inside the Kinetiq paywall if premium access does not appear after purchase.
Data And Privacy Requests
Kinetiq currently stores training progress locally on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting the app. For questions, use the support email above.
Known Limitations
Kinetiq does not currently provide account login or cloud sync. These features may be added later.
